Fulmer and Company Employee Recognition & Reward Program, 2026 So Far

Launched in June of 2025, Fulmer and Company’s employee Recognition & Reward Program celebrates and honours the dedication, excellence, and community-minded spirit of team members across our major business units.

Built on our values of professional excellence, innovation, integrity, collaboration, and community engagement, the program introduces a fresh, year-round approach to acknowledge the everyday moments and extraordinary contributions that define who we are.

The program features three levels of recognition—including “Caught Doing Great” instant acknowledgements, the Award of Merit, and the Award of Excellence—each celebrating outstanding contributions, exceptional performance, and inspiring leadership.

Awards of Merit 2026

We recognize Julie Lawson for her outstanding customer service which has been noticed through the many, many positive Google and many other compliments we have received about her. Julie has been with A&W Yorkton over 25 years she always approaches hands on and willingly. She is such a people person and makes guests feel welcome having conversations with and getting to know our Regulars. If we are short staffed, Julie is the first one to help cover shifts and come in on her days off.  She is a go to reliable opener who also helps in the kitchen when needed as well.  When we have new hires, Julie is usually the one they are paired with due to great patience and big heart. When it comes to fundraising at work, whether it's for M.S. or Telemiracle, Julie is always the one who generates the most donations and often comes up with ideas for fundraising.

We recognize Mike Solomon who recently celebrated his 10-year anniversary with BBSpro, a milestone that reflects his dedication to the company and his passion for the Draught Service division. Throughout his tenure, Mike has consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to operational excellence, sales initiatives, and building positive relationships with customers, brewery partners, and colleagues. Mike has been responsible for exceptional success in expanding our customer base within the Edmonton region. His efforts have delivered measurable results for the company, and we gratefully recognize his contribution to the continued success of BBSpro. We very much appreciate his initiative, leadership, and commitment to growing the business.

We recognize Dylan Blakeney, who, through his role as Assistant Controller at Fulmer and Company, has continued to lead the way on financial reporting timeliness. He consistently ensures that BBSpro hits its reporting timeline and delivers reliable and consistent output for this key responsibility. Since his promotion to Assistant Controller earlier this year, Dylan has done a stellar job training team members while also working through the QBO implementation, which will be no small feat, once complete.
