Fulmer & Company is delighted to announce today it has closed a substantial Series A investment in GoJava.ca, a Canadian social enterprise providing contemporary B2B office services.

The Toronto based business was founded in 2015 with the purpose of creating a recycling solution for coffee pod waste. It has since grown exponentially and is now serving the Greater Toronto and Ottawa areas. Eugene Ace, Founder & CEO, with co-founder Evan Birmann built the service on a unique two-way delivery system. In this circular economy, GoJava brings workspaces products such as coffee, tea, snacks, water filtration and more, and harvests the hard-to-recycle waste materials which are later made into new retail products.

“We offer a variety of green and healthy products that boost office productivity and keep the morale high. Our clients also enjoy the easy online ordering experience and complimentary coffee pod recycling program”, explained Eugene, “we see more and more businesses seek sustainable solutions, and with GoJava, you can ‘Drink Coffee, Eat Snacks, Save the Planet’ all at the same time!”

“Eugene and his team present a unique growth opportunity. I believe they’ve reached operational readiness for the next expansion phase. And we are excited to partner with them and help accelerate their growth plan”, said Yuri Fulmer, Chairman of Fulmer & Co.
