Fulmer Capital Partners’ affiliate business, Imperial Global Chauffeur Services Inc. announced today that it has acquired Highland VIP Group Inc.

Based in Canmore, Alberta, Highland VIP provides professional transportation services throughout Banff and Calgary. This strategic transaction expands Imperial’s territory to ensure its clients receive seamless services throughout both Alberta and British Columbia, which also enables it to differentiate and win the competition with other private luxury car service providers.

Following the completion of Highland acquisition, Gerrard Connelly, founder of Highland VIP remains as a shareholder of the merged business and will resume his managerial role at the Alberta operations. Imperial will continue to be managed by one of the shareholders, Kian Malekzad.
