Fulmer Capital Partners II Inc., an affiliate of Fulmer Capital Partners, announced today that it has acquired the business of Afterglow Skin & Laser Centre Inc. and the assets of Ambleside Dermedics and Health Centre Ltd from Dr. Shehla Ebrahim. Dr. Ebrahim will continue to lead the clinical operations as Medical Director of Afterglow and Ambleside.
